Question wheezing snake

hi guys, my older snake, whom has never come in contact with new snake, has a wheeze, he is active, but has not feed in about 10 days, I even took all my white rats to pet store and traded for some brown rats, cause he usually will not eat a white rat, and even offered him a chick..he likes them too. He seems otherwise fine, well hydrated, not going to shed anytime soon. There is no real reptile vet around can probley talk to the breeder I got my new snake from , Just searching for Ideas..He did wheeze when I first got him but he got over it when I improved his living conditions. now he is in a large tank I built for him close to a 55 gall. he has large water bowl, humidity is about 70%, temp 95 - 80 cool side. Aspen bedding, which he has been on for several month, I clean the poo and all out as soon as I see he has done it. Hie is about 3 ft..+-, and I took him to the breeder when I went to pick out my new snake cause I wanted him sexed...hes a boy..and the breeder said he was in excellant shape. and an awesome snake. sooo. this has been only about 2 weeks. thanks..
