a good snake to breed with my grey rat?

whats a good snake to breed with my grey rat snake that will look really good? corn snake or another ratsnake

and what is the eiseiest way to tell male from female?
i heard smething about tails?

The best snake to breed with a grey rat would be a grey rat. If you interested in producing different colored babies work with morphs instead of hybrids. Also ususally the first genenration of hybrid snakes do not look good, you would have to wait for a few genenrations down before you really start getting something that looks nice, which will take a few years.

I think you missed out point....
Breeding anything to a gray rat other then a gray rat will probably not produce the best looking babies, I suggest again to look into the different morphs, you'll be more pleased with the results then
